How do I enter the Mastermind game?
Download the Swift Alert app for iPhone or Android, and ensure you are on the latest app version (2.6.3 or above). Navigate to the “Mastermind” game on the app home page and submit your entry through the current Available game. Entries are only open when the game is listed as “Available.”
Can I play for free?
Yes! Mastermind is included in the free version of Swift Alert.
How do I track my score?
Once the game starts, you will see your submissions live in the app in the “Live” game in Mastermind. You will see your answers marked correctly or incorrectly throughout the game with the number of points earned!

Prizes
Who wins a prize?
The winner of each Mastermind game will receive a prize, which varies from night to night. We list the prize for the game on social media and link it in the Swift Alert app on the Livestreams page.
How can I donate a prize/have my small business included?

How do you contact me about a prize?
We reach out to winners via the email you provide when you register for Mastermind. This can be found by going to Mastermind >> Leaderboard & Settings >> hit the settings cog. You can update your information here.
What if there is a tie?
Depending on the night/prize we may award multiple winners, but for big prizes (ie: albums, signed CDs, rare merch, working with outside partners, etc.) we have a tie-break system in place that we will follow once the show closes. The tie-break follows this structure:
Whoever received the most points during the Surprise Song Section
If tie still isn’t broken, whoever started the game with the most consecutive points
